骨形成を伴った腎細胞癌

OSSIFYING RENAL CELL CARCINOMA: REPORT OF A CASE

　48歳，男性。健康診断にて便潜血陽性を指摘され精査目的で来院。精査の結果，右横行結腸癌と診断された。術前検査にて偶然右腎腫瘍を発見されたため，横行結腸切除術および右腎摘術を施行した。腎腫瘍の病理組織所見は腎細胞癌で骨形成を伴っていた。

A 48-year-old man visited our hospital for evaluation of occult blood stool. Clinical examination revealed trans-verse colon adenocarcinoma, and a calcified mass in the lower pole of the right kidney was incidentally discover-ed. One-stage resection of the transverse colon and right nephrectomy was performed. Histopathological examina-tion disclosed adenocarcinoma of the colon and ossified renal cell carcinoma. To our knowledge, only 26 cases of this type of renal cell carcinoma have been reported in the Japanese literature.
