骨形成を伴った腎細胞癌

OSSIFYING RENAL CELL CARCINOMA: ACASE REPORT

　56歳男性。他科疾患の精査のためのCTで偶然，内部に石灰化を伴う左腎腫瘤を指摘された。KUBでは異常石灰化像は認められなかった。腎動脈造影では血管過多腫瘤の所見を呈し，左腎癌の診断下に左腎摘出術を施行。摘出標本割面で腫瘍内部に広範な壊死状変化を伴い，一部灰白色の骨様部分が認められた。病理学的に腎細胞癌および骨様部分は骨組織であることが確認された。

A 56-year-old man was referred to us with a left renal tumor incidentally found by computed tomogra-phy. CT scan demonstrated a renal tumor with calcification and renal angiography demonstrated a hypervas-cular tumor. Left total nephrectomy was performed. The mass was 2.7 × 2.5 × 2.0 cm with necrotic change and calcification. Histopathological diagnosis was renal cell carcinoma with bone formation.
