33歳，男性．蛋白尿精査のための検査で石灰化を伴う右腎腫瘤を指摘された．諸検査て血管に富む腎癌を強く疑い根治的腎摘出術を施行した．病理組織学的には本邦15例目の骨，軟骨形成を伴った腎細胞癌であった．
A very rare case of heterotopic bone formation in the right renal cell carcinoma is presented. The patient was a 33-year-old man with a history of proteinurea. On DIP and CT a calcified renal mass was found in the right upper abdomen. The other physical, laboratory and X-ray findings were essentially negative. Right radical nephrectomy was performed and the specimen showed heterotopic bone formation in the renal cell carcinoma. The patient is free of disease one year post operatively.
