67歳，男性．血尿を主訴に当科紹介．CT,MRI等で右腎細胞癌左副腎転移と診断．術中の迅速病理診断で右副腎は悪性像がなかったため，2/3残存させた．対側副腎転移を同時に伴った腎細胞癌としては，本邦報告9例目にあたる．
A 67-year-old man presented with gross hematuria. CT and MRI suggested right renal cell carcinoma with contralateral adrenal metastasis. The pathological examination in operation showed contralateral adrenal gland involved with metastasis, but ipsilateral gland was normal. In this case simple nephrectomy, retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy and contralateral adrenelectomy was done.
