骨形成を伴った囊胞随伴性腎細胞癌

Cyst-associated renal cell carcinoma with bone formation：A case report

患者は44歳，男性。2003年の健診の超音波検査にて左腎上極の囊胞性腫瘤を指摘され，1年後には腫瘤の大きさが約2倍になった。腹部CT・MRIを施行したところ，Bosniak分類のカテゴリーⅢ，囊胞を伴う腎細胞癌と診断され，腰部斜切開にて左腎部分切除術を施行した。病理組織学的診断は骨形成を伴った囊胞随伴性腎細胞癌であった。

We report a case of renal cell carcinoma with a mature bone tissue. A 44-year-old Japanese man presented with left renal cyst which has an increasing tendency in size. Abdominal CT scan and MRI showed the presence of solid mass on the cystic wall,which was enhanced with contrast materials. Under the diagnosis of cyst-associated renal cell carcinoma,he underwent left partial nephrectomy. Histological diagnosis was cyst-associated renal cell carcinoma with bone formation.
