　55歳，女性。主訴は上腹部違和感。2003年3月17日，近医のCTで右腎腫瘤を指摘され，精査加療目的に当科を初診した。CT，MRIの画像診断から石灰化を伴った右腎悪性腫瘍と診断し，5月13日，右根治的腎摘除術を施行した。腫瘍は40×30×30mm大で，病理所見では石灰化と骨形成を伴う淡明型の腎細胞癌を認めた。現在，後療法は行わず外来にて経過観察中であるが，再発は認めていない。

A 55-year-old woman with complaint of upper abdominal discomfort was referred to our hospital due to suspected right renal tumor. CT and MRI disclosed right renal malignant tumor with calcification. She underwent right radical nephrectomy. Pathologic diagnosis of the tumor was renal cell carcinoma associated with calcification and ossification（clear cell caricinoma,G1,pT1a）. The patient remains free of recurrence during 27months after operation.（Rinsho Hinyokika 60：405-407,2006）
