53歳の男性，主訴は無痛性左精巣腫脹で，精巣腫瘍の診断にて左精巣摘除術を施行した。病理組織検査は典型的なカルチノチド腫瘍であった。画像診断で残存病変はみられなかった。術後21か月間再発，転移はなく経過観察している。本例は本邦12例目と思われる。
53-year-old male complained his left scrotal swelling without pain.
Left orchiectomy was performed under diagnosis of left testicular tumor.
Pathologically, the tumor showed typical appearance of carcinoid tumor. No residual lesion was detected.
Postoperatively, he has been under our observation for 21 months without recurrence nor metastasis. This patient is the 12th case of primary testicular carcinoid tumor report-ed in Japan.
