学童期に尿失禁を初発した単一尿管腟開口

SINGLE ECTOPIC URETER OPENING INTO THE VAGINA WITH LATE ONSET OF URINARY INCONTINENCE : REPORT OF A CASE

　8歳，女児。1歳半から8歳まで尿失禁は全くなかったが，突然尿失禁を発症した。手術にて右異形成腎に伴う単一尿管の膣開口と診断。右腎尿管摘除術にて尿失禁は治癒した。8歳まで尿失禁を生じなかった機序は不明であった。

An 8-year-old girl complained of urinary incontinence of recent onset. Examinations showed a non -visualizing right kidney, the absence of the right hemitrigone and leakage of urine from the vagina. Vaginography did not reveal any ectopic ureter, but a dent in the vaginal wall. An exploratory operation established a diagnosis of dysplastic kidney with single ectopic ureter opening into the vagina. Right nephroureterectomy was followed by cure of incontinence. The reason why the patient did not lose urine until the age of 8 was unknown.
