女性傍尿道平滑筋腫の1例

A CASE OF PARAURETHRAL TUMOR IN FEMALE

　25歳，女性．主訴は外陰部腫瘤と疼痛．5年前に気づくも放置．徐々に腫大し，疼痛・出血を伴うため当科受診した．外陰部に超拇指頭大の弾性軟で易出血性の有茎性腫瘤を認めた．腫瘤は外尿道口前方に位置し，尿道造影では尿道との瘻孔形成は認めない．傍尿道腫瘍と診断し，単純摘出術を施行した．病理組織学的診断は平滑筋腫であった．術後30ヵ月を経過した現在，再発を認めていない．

A 25-year-old married woman complained an external genital mass with pain. She has noticed the mass for the past 5 years. She was referred to us from department of gynecology owing to the gradually growing and bleeding mass. The thumb's head-sized tumor was elastic soft situated at the anterior wall of the external urethral meatus without comunication to the urethra. The tumor was removed surgically and pathological diagnosis gave a benign leiomyma.
