翼状陰茎の1例

WEBBED PENIS: A CASE REPORT

　11歳，男子。包皮背面切開術および陰嚢皮膚のZ形成術にて治療した真性包茎を伴う翼状陰茎の1例について報告する。患者は陰茎の形態異常を主訴として来院した。治療に際しては陰茎腹面の皮膚が不足するので環状切除術を避けて背面切開術を行うことと，形成外科的手技の一つであるZ形成術の応用を薦めた。

A 11-year old boy was admitted with the abnormal appearance of the external genitalia. The ventral penile skin was apparently shorter than the dorsal skin with the scrotal raphe attaching 12 mm proximal to the prepuce. True phymosis was also noted. The penile shaft was normal in size and shape by palpation. A dorsal incision of the prepuce and Z plasty of the scrotal skin were performed. The appearance was excellent 3 months postoperatively.
