腎平滑筋腫の1例

LEIOMYOMA OF THE KIDNEY: A CASE REPORT

　65歳女性。腹部超音波検診で腎腫瘍を疑われ当科に紹介された。腹部CTで左腎中部に造影効果のない均一な腫瘍を認め，左腎動脈造影では血管増生のない腫瘍を認めた。良性腫瘍と診断したが悪性腫瘍を否定できず，腎摘出術を行った。病理組織診断は平滑筋腫であった。腎平滑筋腫は本邦では44例目にあたる。

A case of renal leiomyoma in a 65-year-old woman is presented. She was admitted with a left renal mass pointed out by ultrasonic examination (US) at another institution. Abdominal computerized tomograms (CT) revealed a heterogenous mass without enhancement by the constrast medium. Left renal angiography revealed an avascular mass at the middle part of the right kidney. Image diagnotic study was unable to distinguish a renal leiomyoma from other benign or malignant neoplasms.
