35歳，女性．主訴は外陰部出血．尿道右側壁より腟前庭部に突出した腫瘤が認められ，尿道腫瘍の診断にて腫瘍摘出術を施行した．摘出腫瘍の病理組織学的診断は平滑筋腫だった，自験例は本邦94例目にあたる．
A 35-year-oId female was hospitalized with chief complaint of genital bleeding. Physical examinationrevealed on elastic and soft mass protruding from the anterior urethral wall to the anterior vaginal wall. Themass was removed and was 3.2×3.0×2.2cm in size and 10g in weight. Histopathogical diagnosis was benighleiomyoma.94 cases including our case were reported from Japanese literature.
