陰茎背面にみられた粘液嚢胞

MUCOID CYST OF THE PENIS SHAFT

　27歳，男性の陰茎体背側に無痛性腫脹を契機に発見された皮下腫瘤を摘出し，病理組織学的に粘液嚢胞と診断された1例を経験した。国内文献を渉猟した限り，粘液嚢胞が陰茎体に発生した報告は本邦最初とおもわれる。

Mucoid cysts of the penile skin are rare lesions that usually present as small, superficial, freely movable, smooth masses on the prepuce or glans penis. Although the cystic nature is evident clini-cally, the pathologic nature of the cysts is often not recognized. Herein reported a case of mucoid cyst of the penile shaft in 27-year-old male. We believe this is the first published case report of a mucoid cyst located on the dorsum of the penis in Japan.
