A 47-year-old man was admitted because of asymptomatic swelling of the right scrotal contents.Right radical orchiectomy was performed under the diagnosis of tumor of the spermatic cord.The pathological report showed leiomyosarcoma of the spermatic cord.Irradiation,chemotherapy and retro-peritoneal lymph node dissection,were not performed.The patient is in good health without any evidence of recurrence or metastasis 28 months after the operation.
