精索に発生した悪性線維性組織球腫の1例

MALIGNANT FIBROUS HISTIOCYTOMA OF THE SPERMATIC CORD:A CASE REPORT

　患者は70歳の男性で，左鼠径部の無痛性腫瘤を訴えて来院。高位除睾術と腫瘤周囲織切除を施行した。術後，放射線療法を施行した。病理学的所見は花むしろ状配列を示す悪性線維組織球腫であった。自験例は，精索に発生した悪性線維性組織球腫としては本邦16例目の報告と思われる。

The patient was a 70-year old man, who complained of the painless mass of the left inguinal region. High orchiectomy and removal of the tissue adjacent to the mass were carried out. Radiatin therapy was performed after the operation. Pathological diagnosis was malignant fibrous histiocytoma that showed storiform pattern.

This case is the sixteenth case of malignant fibrous histiocytoma arising from the spermatic cord in Japan.
