74歳女性，主訴は右側腹部痛。右水腎症あり，逆行性腎盂撮影にて腎盂尿管移行部に狭窄を認め，尿管腫瘍の疑いで腎尿管摘除を行つた。尿管には1cm大の憩室と数個の小憩室を認めた。悪性変化はみられなかつた。本症例は本邦11例目，女性では2例目とおもわれた。
A 74 year-old female was admitted to our hospital for investigation of a right flank abdominal pain. Right hydronephrosis was revealed. Right ureteral tumor was suspected, so right nephroureterec-tomy was performed. Diverticula, 1 cm sized and several small sized, were detected. Histopathologically there was no malignancy. Eleven cases of multiple ureteral diverticula, including our case, were collected from Japanese literatures. This case was second case reported in female.
