緒言

　尿路性器結核症が日常外来でみられることが少なくなつてきているが，そのうちでも既往に明らかな結核症がなく，他の尿路性器にも結核性病変が認められない患者において，精索に単独に結核症が認められることは非常に稀である。

　今回われわれは，67歳男性の鼠径部にみられた精索結核症の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 67-year-old male visited our hospital with the chief complaint of a mass in the left inguinal region. Under the diagnosis of probable spermatic cord tumor, ipsilateral high orchidectomy was per-formed. The removed mass measured 4×2.5×1.5 cm in size, and was histologically composed of tuber-culous granulation, which was considered to be hematogenous because of an apparent arterial involve-ment. The ductus differens was free from tuberculosis. Antituberculous chemotherapy was subsequently initiated.
