腟転移により発見された腎盂癌の1例

TRANSITIONAL CELL CARCINOMA OF RENAL PELVIS FIRSTLY FOUND WITH VAGINAL METASTASIS

はじめに

　腎盂癌は肺，肝，リンパ節，骨などにしばしば転移することが知られているが^1），その腟転移は極めて稀であり文献上検索し得る限り3例をみるのみである^1〜3）。また馬蹄鉄腎は正常腎に比較して結石や感染の頻度が高く，腎盂癌の合併頻度は正常腎のそれの約3倍であるという^4）。今回われわれは腟転移で発見された，馬蹄鉄腎に合併した腎盂癌の1症例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A case of transitional cell carcinoma of renal pelvis in a horseshoe kidney in 60 year-old female was presented, who was firstly found with vaginal metastasis. Vaginal metastasis from transitional cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis is considered extremely rare. Only three cases have been reported in the literature. Possible metastatic pathway was discussed. Transitional cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis occurs about three times more frequently in horseshoe than in non-fused kidneys.
