転移性陰茎腫瘍の2例

TWO CASES OF METASTATIC PENILE CANCER

緒言

　陰茎は癌発生頻度の高い近接臓器を持つにもかかわらず，転移性腫瘍の稀なことで知られている。今回，われわれは膀胱扁平上皮癌および前立腺原発移行上皮癌の陰茎転移の2例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Two cases of metastatic penile cancer were reported.

Case 1; A 73-year-old male, who had received radiation therapy for advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the bladder, presented with a penile metastasis. The patient died of the disease after a half year despite of additional local irradiation.

Case 2; A 56-year-old male underwent radical operation for primary tranditional cell carcinoma of the prostate. One year later metastatic tumors appeared in the dorsal aspect of the penis and pelvic lym-phnode, for which chemotherapy was administered without beneficial effect.
