原発性尿管上皮内癌の1例

PRIMARY CARCINOMA IN SITU OF THE URETER

　患者は51歳，男性。健診で顕微鏡的血尿を指摘され来院。逆行性腎盂造影では，左下部尿管に狭窄像を認め，左尿管カテーテル尿の細胞診がclass IVであったため，左尿管腫瘍と診断し腎尿管全摘術，膀胱部分切除を行った。肉眼的には尿管内に腫瘤性病変はなく，病理組織学的には尿管の原発性上皮内癌であった。

Primary carcinoma in situ of the ureter and renal pelvis without synchronous bladder carcinoma is extremely rare. We describe a case of primary carcinoma in situ of the ureter. A 51-year-old man was found to have a microscopic hematuria in his routine annual check-up and presented himself to our hospital for further evaluation. Retrograde pyelogram disclosed the narrowing of the left distal ureter and cytological examination of the urine obtained from the left ureter was positive for malignant cells.
