62歳，女性．左耳下腺部腫脹を訴え，耳下腺生検で腎腫瘍の転移が強く疑われた．精査で左腎に径約8cmの腫瘍を認め，左頸部郭清術と左根治的腎摘除術を施行した．腎癌の耳下腺転移例は本邦で3例目，欧米の文献を含め23例目であった．
A 62-year-old woman had a slowly growing left parotid mass. She underwent parotid biopsy. Andmetastatic clear cell carcinoma was identified. Subsequent evaluation revealed left renal tumor, measuring8 cm in size, with no metastasis other than to the left parotid gland. She underwent left radical neck dissectionand left radical nephrectomy. We report the 23rd case of renal cell carcinoma with parotid metastasis.Nephrectomy and excision of limited metastasis may expected to be beneficial in patients who have slowlygrowing renal cancer with solitary metastasis.
