原発性前立腺移行上皮癌の1例

A CASE OF PRIMARY PROSTATIC TRANSITIONAL CELL CARCINOMA

緒言

　原発性前立腺移行上皮癌は，比較的稀な疾患ではあるが，診断上いくつかの困難を来す点があること，予後が悪いことなどから注目されている。最近われわれは，本症の1例を経験したので報告するとともに，若干の文献的考察を加えた。

A sixty-one year-old male presented to our O.P.D. with frequent urination and occasional perineal pain. He had a history of chronic prostatitis for the past four years. Urine cytology demonstratedcluster of atypical cells compatible with the diagnosis of class V. Excretory urogram showed elevation of bladder base with normal upper urinary tract. Endoscopic examination revealed no apparent abnormal findings of the bladder mucosa but rough surface of the mucosa in the prostatic urethra.
