緒言
多発性尿管憩室の報告は少なく，本邦では9例の報告があるにすぎない。最近われわれは本邦10例目と思われる多発性尿管憩室に尿管腫瘍を合併した症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 65 year-old male was admitted to Yokohama Red Cross Hospital with chief complaint of gross hematuria. Retrograde pyelogram revealed multiple outpouchings with stricture of left upper and lower ureter and filling defect of right lower ureter. Right nephroureterectomy and partial cystectomy were performed based on the diagnosis of right ureter tumor and left multiple ureteral diverticula. Papillary pedunculated tumor and multiple diverticula were found at the right ureter.
