若年性前立腺癌の肺転移に対し化学療法が有効であつた1例

A CASE OF PROSTATIC CANCER WITH LUNG METASTASIS IN A YOUNG ADULT TREATED EFFECTIVELY WITH CHEMOTHERAPY

緒言

　若年者の前立腺癌は頻度が少ないが，高齢者に比べ病期の進行が速く，従来の治療法に対し抵抗を示すことが多く，一般に予後不良である。今回われわれは43歳の進行前立腺癌症例の肺転移巣については著効を得たが，結局は癌死した1例を報告し，若年者の前立腺癌の診断，治療について考察を加えた。

A 43 yar-old male initially presented to our hospital in May 1980 with prostatism and vesical irritation, however underwent open prostatectomy at other hospital in November 1980, and poorly differenciated adenocarcinoma of the prostate was histologically comfirmed. He was treated with orchiectomy and hormonal therapy. In June 1981, he returned to our hospital with low back pain for which radiation therapy and estramustin were given. In May 1982, hemoptysis appeared and multiple coin lesions were found on chest x ray. He was given two courses of combination chemotherapy with cyclophospha-mide, adriamycin and CDDP.
