泌尿生殖器浸潤を来した悪性リンパ腫の2例

GENITOURINARY TRACT INVOLVEMENT WTH MALIGNANT LYMPHOMA: A REPORT OF TWO CASES AND A REVIEW OF JAPANESE LITERATURES

緒言

　リンパ節原発性腫瘍の悪性リンパ腫が泌尿生殖器系へ浸潤する例は，比較的稀である。Watson^1）らの集計によると1,073例のlymphoblastomaの患者の80例（7.5％）に，種々の程度の泌尿器系浸潤を認めている。著者らは，悪性リンパ腫による腎不全症例と前立腺浸潤を来した症例に対し，化学療法を行ない好結果を得た2症例を経験したので報告し，若干の文献的考察を行なつた。

Case 1. A 59-year-old male with abdominal mass developped oliguria. Intravenous and retrograde pyelography revealed right non-visualized kidney with left hydronephrosis by extrinsic compression of both ureters. He underwent left nephrostomy when he became uremic. Retroperitoneal nodes biopsy which was done at the time of the operation demonstrated lymphosarcoma. The patient subsequently received combination chemotherapy with doxorubicin, dydrochloride, vincristine, cychlophosphamide and predonisone.
