陰嚢内巨大未分化肉腫

A CASE OF INTRASCROTAL GIANT UNDIFFERENTIATED SARCOMA

　81歳，男性。右陰嚢内無痛性腫瘤を主訴として来院。腫瘤は小児頭大で弾性硬，表面は凹凸不整。摘出標本は重さ1,110g，割面は黄白色，分葉状，一部は軟骨様，あるいは嚢胞状であった。組織学的には未分化な脂肪肉腫と悪性線維性組織球腫との鑑別が困難な未分化な肉腫であった。

A 81-year-old man complained of a pain-less mass in the right scrotum. The mass was as large as an infant-head, elastic firm and nodular in surface. The removed mass weighed 1,110 g and the cut section appeared yellow and lobulated, with cartilage-like and cystic portions. The pathological diagnosis was undifferentiated sarcoma that was indistinguishable between undifferentiated liposarcoma and malig-nant fibrous histiocytoma.
