I．症例
患者 39歳，男性，農業。
初診 1984年4月12日。
A 39-year-old man was admitted because of deteriolation of chronic renal failure. On physical examination, a hard and hen's egg-sized mass was found in his prepuital region. After the circumci-sion, a prepuital stone was observed which weighed 51 g. The stone was mainly composed of magnesium ammonium phosphate.
