緒言
陰嚢内血管腫は，睾丸，副睾丸，精索とは別に陰嚢内に発生する良性腫瘍の一つであり，稀な疾患である。最近われわれは，9歳の男児にみられた陰嚢内血管腫を経験したので報告する。
A 9-year old boy visited our hospital with the chief complaint of an intrascrotal tumor. A painless, elastic tumor was attached to the right epididymis, which was about 1 cm in diameter with irregular surface and was seen blue-black through the skin of the scrotum. Laboratory examinations were unremarkable. The tumor was resected surgically and the histological examination revealed cavernous and venous hemangioma. Hemangioma of the scrotum is a rare disease and only 15 cases have been reported in Japan. We presented a case with short review of the literature.
