嚢胞性腎盂尿管炎の1例

PYELOURETERITIS CYSTICA: REPORT OF A CASE

緒言

　嚢胞性腎盂尿管炎は腎盂・尿管の粘膜，あるいは粘膜上皮下に多数の小嚢胞を形成する稀な疾患である。本邦では1968年桐山・多嘉良^1）が嚢胞性尿管炎の第1例報告を行つて以来，嚢胞性尿管炎14例，嚢胞性腎盂尿管炎5例，嚢胞性腎盂炎1例の報告がある。今回われわれは膀胱腫瘍を伴う嚢胞性腎盂尿管炎を開放性腎盂生検により確認した1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察とともにこれを報告する。

A 65-year-old man with a history of bladder tumor was admitted for thorough examination of the abnormal radiological findings in the upper urinary tract at another hospital. DIP and subsequent RP revealed multiple, small and round punched-out shadows in the renal pelvis and left upper ureter. These radiological findings were similar to those of renal pelvic tumor or pyeloureteritis cystica. The diagnostic pyelotomy was performed and pyeloureteritis cystica was diagnosed pathologically. The lesion improved slightly one and a half years after sulfonamide therapy was started.
