嚢胞性腎盂尿管炎の1例

PYELOURETERITIS CYSTICA: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　嚢胞性腎盂尿管炎は稀な疾患で，日常経験する機会が少なく，術前に確定診断をすることは難しい。今回われわれは腎尿管摘出術を行い，病理組織学的に嚢胞性腎盂尿管炎と診断した1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

A 77-year-old male was admitted with chief complaints of frequent urination and gross hematuria.Hematuria from left ureteral orifice was noted and changes of bladder mucosa were compatible with cystitis cystica endoscopically. A marked impairment of the left renal function was recognized by intra-venous pyelography. Multiple round punched out filling defects of rice grain to adzuki bean size were observed in the left renal pelvis and ureter on retrograde pyelography.
