嚢胞性腎盂尿管炎

A CASE REPORT OF PYELO-URETERITIS CYSTICA

　症例は71歳男性で，1982年肉眼的血尿を主訴に来院した。排泄性尿路造影，逆行性腎盂造影で両側腎盂尿管に多発性の辺縁平滑な小円形陰影欠損像を認め，尿細胞診は陰性であつた。また右腎嚢胞，両側腎結石，嚢胞性膀胱炎，尿路感染症，高血圧を合併していた。嚢胞性腎盂尿管炎と診断し化学療法を継続した。1985年内視鏡で尿管内を観察したところ，表面平滑な半球状小嚢胞を認めた。化学療法を継続し，1986年に嚢胞性病変の減少を認めた。

A 71 years old man was presented with a chief complaint of macrohematuria. Excretory urography and retrograde pyelography revealed multiple, small, smooth, round filling defects in bilateral renal pelvis and ureter, and cytodiagnosis was negative. He had several complications such as rt. renal cyst, cystitis cystica, bil. renal stones, urinary tract infection and hypertension. Diagnosis of pyelo-ueteritis cystica was made and antibiotic treatment was given.
