膀胱癌，特に扁平上皮癌患者については，放射線治療が有効であるため，放射線照射を行なう頻度が増している。膀胱癌のレントゲン診断法としてuniversal gyroscopic X-ray TV apparatus使用double contrast cystography（以下gyro-d．c．c．と略す）が有用であるといわれている1〜3）。今回われわれは膀胱扁平上皮癌患者に放射線治療を行ない，その効果判定にgyro-d．c．c．が有用であつた症例を経験したので，症例経過とレントゲン写真を供覧する。
A 80 years old woman was irradiated for squamous cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder. Her double contrast cystographies using universal gyroscopic X-ray TV apparatus pre, during and post irradiation were usefull for evaluation of effectiveness of the treatment.
