陰茎癌とS状結腸癌を合併した1例

A CASE OF PENILE CANCER ASSOCIATED WITH SIGMOID COLON CANCER

緒言

　近年重複悪性腫瘍の報告の増加に伴い，泌尿性器系悪性腫瘍を含む重複例もその数を増している。その中で陰茎悪性腫瘍との重複例は稀であり，われわれが調べ得た限りでは，本邦における報告は現在までに9例を数えるのみである。今回われわれは，陰茎癌とS状結腸癌の重複例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察とともにこれを報告する。

A 74-year-old man was admitted for thorough examination of the penile tumor and intractable diarrhea. The biopsy of the penile tumor revealed squamous cell carcinoma. With the barium enema and proctosigmoidoscopy including endoscopic biopsy, the cause of the intractable diarrhea was sought. The tubular adenocarcinoma of the sigmoid colon was diagnosed subsequently.

To date 10 cases of multiple primary malignant tumors associated with penile carcinoma, including our case, have been reported in Japan.
