腎結石腎摘後12年経過して発生した残存尿管-結腸-皮膚瘻の1例

A CASE OF COLONO-URETERO-CUTANEOUS FISTULA, TWELVE YEARS AFTER NEPHERECTOMY

緒言

　尿管瘻は腎あるいは膀胱瘻に比し比較的まれであり，交通する臓器組織により，尿管腟瘻，尿管皮膚瘻，尿管消化管瘻などがある。今回われわれは腎結石による腎摘除術後12年目に発生した残存尿管内の遺留結石が主因と思われる残存尿管-結腸-皮膚瘻の1例を経験したのでこれを報告する。

A case of a colono-uretero-cutaneous fistula, which developed 12 years after the left nephrectomy, was presented. A 45-year-old woman underwent left nephrecotmy 12 years ago because of a renal stone at a university hospital. At that time several stones in the left ureter could not be removed inadver-tently. From that time cloudy urine started. One year before the admission for the second time to another university hospital, the patient suffered from the left low back pain.
