電撃型陰茎癌の1例

A CASE OF FULMINATING CANCER OF THE PENIS

緒言

　陰茎癌は比較的稀な泌尿器科疾患である。転移経路は主に浸潤性およびリンパ行性であり，血行性転移は稀であると言われている。最近われわれはこの血行性転移により全身諸臓器に転移巣をきたし短期間のうちに死亡した，いわゆる電撃型陰茎癌（fulminating cancer of the penis：Ormond，1940）の1例を経験し，更に死後剖検を行ない得たので報告するとともに若干の文献的考察を加えたい。

The patient undergone penectomy, superficial inguinal lymph node dissection and skin flap graft at the operative defect five months previously had a rapid downhill course and died in less than two months after the onset of symptoms.

At autopsy multiple metastasis rarely seen in penile cancer was confirmed.

Rapid downhill course and hematogenous metastatic spread seen in this case were compatible with that of the fulminating character of the metastatic penile cancer described by Ormond in 1940.
