膀胱有茎弁内結石形成の1例

A STONE IN THE BOARI FLAP

はじめに

　代用尿管として，膀胱有茎弁（Boari flap）を用いるBoari手術の優秀性はひろく認められている。われわれは，本手術後の長期follow-upにて，Boari flapの一部が憩室様小腔として残り，その小腟内に尿路結石を生じた興味ある1例を経験したので，ここに報告する。

A 47-year-old male, who had had bladder flap plasty for tuberculous ureteral stricture of the left ureter 7 years ago and who had been asymptomatic thereafter, presented with left lower abdominal pain at the end of urination of 2 years' duration. An excretory urography showed a stone along the course of the left ureter in the small pelvis. Cystoscopy revealed a diverticulum, which derived from the upper segment of the Boari flap where the submucosal tunnel, originally 2 cm long, had been created and an inflammatory product protruding from this diverticulum just above the new ureteral orifice.
