緒論
原発性尿管腫瘍は，泌尿器科領域において近年その症例数は増加する傾向にある。われわれも，宮里1）の4例の報告以後7例を経験したので，若干の統計的観察をあわせて行ない報告する。
Our recent seven cases of primary ureteral tumor and some statistical studies were reported.
Case 1: A 59 year-old male with the chief complaint of asymptomatic hematuria was found to have a defect at the area of the left ureteral orifice by cystogram when a catheter was unable to be passed to the left ureteral orifice for retrograde pyelogram. The diagnosis of left ureteral tumor was established and total left nephroureterectomy with partial cystectomy was performed. The pathological diagnosis was grade Ⅱ transitional cell carcinoma.
