膀胱平滑筋肉腫の1例

A CASE OF LEIOMYOSARCOMA

緒言

　膀胱平滑筋肉腫は比較的稀な腫瘍であり，本邦では1938年和気の1例以来，31例の報告をみるに過ぎない。われわれは最近，30歳の男子に発生した膀胱平滑筋肉腫の1例を経験したので，若干の統計的観察を加えて報告する。

A case of leiomyosarcoma of the bladder in a 30 year old male was recently experienced. Chief complaint was lower abdominal pain but was refferred to us and was admitted for emergency resurgery of vesical and perivescial hemorrhage, which was suspected during laparotomy for suspected appendicitis done in another hospital, from poor hemostasis and normal appendix. A rather sharply outlined, round, smooth surfaced. red, thumb tip sized mass located at the dome to the posterior wall was noticed by cystoscopic examination and partial resection of the bladder followed.
