前立腺小室内結石の1例

A CASE OF UTRICULUS PROSTATICUS STONE

緒言

　精丘には別名で男子子宮または男子腟とも呼ばれている前立腺小室が存在する。これは内視鏡的にも開口部がよく観察でき，内部が盲端嚢となつている。この前立腺小室に結石が生じることがあると言われてはいるが^1,3），非常に稀で本邦では第1例目ではないかと思われるので報告する。

A case of utriculus prostaticus stone was reported. A 52-year old male had complained of the intermittent initial and terminal macrohematuria for four months. The stone was removed by TUR and analysed to appatite. The patient has been well for four years after the operation.
