睾部横紋筋肉腫の1例

PARATESTICULAR RHABDOMYOSARCOMA REPORT OF A CASE

緒言

　睾部すなわち睾丸，睾丸被膜，副睾丸，精索などから発生する横紋筋肉腫は極めてまれな疾患である。最近その1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察と本邦報告例40例の統計的観察とを加えて報告する。

Rhabdomyosarcoma of paratesticular origin is a rare disease and therefore a case is reported. A 27 year old male with rapid enlarging painless mass in the left scrotum since November 1972 under went puncture for suspected hydrocele by a surgeon with no effect, visited our clinic in January, 1973, and was admitted for testicular tumor. A fist sized, elastic hard, painless and nontransilluminating mass was felt in the left scrotum. Orchiectomy by high incision was done for suspected testicular tumor.
