女子労尿道嚢腫の1例

A CASE REPORT OF PARAMEATAL URETHRAL CYST IN A FEMALE PATIENT

緒言

　尿道腟中隔部に生ずる労尿道嚢腫に関する内外の報告は非常に少ない。すなわち労尿道嚢腫を有する患者の多くは無症候性のためにその存在に気づかなかつたり，診断および治療をうけても報告されずにいたり，更には婦人科的に腟嚢腫として診断および治療をうけているなど，さまざまな理由によるものと考えられるが，実際には発生頻度はさほど少なくないと推定される。

　最近われわれは女子労尿道嚢腫の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えてここに報告する。

A 32-year-old housewife was referred to this department because parameatal urethral cyst was diag-nosed by a gynecologist at another hospital. Examination showed a cyst, approximately walnut-sized on palpation, at the left and inferior portion of the urethral meatus. Ovoid mass measuring 1.3×1.8cm was seen radiologically below and slightly left to the lower margin of symphysis pubis when the con-trast medium was injected into the cyst following the aspiration of approximately 2ml of yellowish-white purulent fluid. Ostium of the cyst was unable to find either radiologically or operatively.
