副腎腫瘍の3例—副腎腺腫によるクッシング症候群2例と褐色細胞腫1例

THREE CASES OF ADRENAL TUMOR:TWO CASES OF CUSHING'S SYNDROME DUE TO ADRENAL ADENOMA AND A CASE OF PHEOCHROMOCYTOMA

緒言

　われわれは，最近2年間に副腎皮質腺腫でかなり定型的なクッシング症候群2例と，髄質腫瘍である褐色細胞腫1例を経験し，いずれも手術前にほぼ確定診断ができ，手術により治癒させ得た3例を経験したので若干の文献的考察とともに報告する。

Case 1 was a 24 year-old male, who visited our clinic complaining increasing body weight, high bloodpressure and stria distensae cutis for 2 years. Moon face and acne was remarkable, slightly decreased urinary 17 KS, increased 17 OHCS, and various tests, such as Metopiron, Dexamethasone and ACTH, suspected adrenal adenoma. The diagnosis of right adrenal adenoma was established by retroperitoneal air insufflation combined with tomography and confirmed by surgery. Histopathological findings revealed benign adenoma and have been doing fine, back to his work for 2 years.
