原発性非特異性限局性尿管炎の1例

A CASE OF PRIMARY NON-SPECIFIC REGIONAL URETERITIS

はじめに

　原発性非特異性限局性尿管炎は，尿管の一部に限局した原因不明の非特異性炎症で，臨床的には，尿管腫瘍との鑑別が重要である。われわれも本症の1例を経験したのでここに報告し，若干の考察を加えてみたい。

We report a case of primary non-specific regional ureteritis in a 34 year-old man with the chief complaint of intermittent dull pain in the left flank. Preoperative diagnosis was left renal stone and stenosis at the left ureteropelvic junction. Approximately 4 × 3 cm hard mass was seen at the left urete-ropelvic junction at operation, so frozen section biopsy was done. As it demonstrated "chronic ureteritis without malignancy." left pyelolithotomy and pyeloplasty were performed.
