Klinefelter症候群の性腺機能について

GONADAL FUNCTION OF KLINEFELTER SYNDROME

緒言

　本症候群は，Klinefelter, Reifenstein　＆　Albri-ght^1）によつて，倭小睾丸，無精子症，Leydig細胞の保全，精細管の変性，女性化乳房，Gonadotropinの排泄増加を特徴とする独立疾患として，1942年に始めて記載されて以来数多くの報告がなされ，また近年染色体の検索が本症候群についても行なわれ，本症候群も性染色体構成異常による先天性異常の1つとして理解されるようになつた。私達は先に本症候群の2例^2,3）を報告したが，最近2年間に不妊あるいは性器発育不全を主訴として来院し，精査の結果本症候群と判明した11例（第1表）を経験したのでその概要について報告するとともに多少の文献的考察を試みた。

11 cases of Kleinefelter's syndrome, collected from the patients who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of male sterility or hypoplasia of the genitalia and diagnosed after thorough examination, within the last 2 years, were reported. The incidence among the new out patients of the urology clinic was 0.33% and was 7.4%, of the male sterility cases. All of them showed good development of sub-cutanous fatt, but gynecomastia was not noticed. The thyroid function showed 28 to 42% of T₃ uptake and most of them showed normal rate of 14 to 32% of I¹³¹ uptake except one case which showed a de-crease to 5%.
