男子良性尿道腫瘍症例追加—本邦68例の統計的考察

A CASE OF BENIGN URETHRAL TUMOR IN MALE : A STATISTICAL STUDY OF 68 CASES IN JAPANESE LITERATURE

緒言

　男子尿道の良性腫瘍は，女性のそれに比べて比較的まれにしか報告されていない。本邦において，昭和44年5月までに集計しえた乳頭腫22例，嚢腫24例，ポリープ13例，胼胝腫（Schuchhardt腫瘍）5例，血管腫2例，乳頭状腺腫1例，計67例についての報告例を文献的考察を試みた。

　さらに，自験例として後部尿道乳頭腫1例を追加する。

Rather few cases of benign tumors of the male urethra has been reported. 22 cases of papilloma, 13 cases of polyp, 24 cases of cyst, 5 cases of Schuchardt's tumor, 2 cases of hemangioma and one case of papillary adenoma were collected from the Japanese literature till May 1969 and discussed including our case.

Our case is a 70 year old male with the chief complaint of dysuria, frequent urination and feeling of residual urine. Urethrogram and cystogram by Takahashi-Ohkoshi method, of the various x-ray studies, showed a small fingertip sized filling defect at the prostatic urethra.
