睾丸悪性絨毛上皮腫の1例—特にtriple chemotherapyによる治療経過を中心として

A CASE OF CHRIOCARCINOMA OF TESTIS TREATED BY TRIPLE CHEMOTHERAPY

緒言

　睾丸悪性腫瘍は比較的まれな疾患であり，組織学的には，1）　seminoma 2）　embryonal carcinoma3）　malignant teratoma 4）　choriocarcinoma 5）上記1）−4）の各種混合型に分けられる。なかでもchoriocarcinomaは特に少なく，主としてem-bryonal carcinomaやteratomaとの混合型で，その発生頻度は全睾丸悪性腫瘍の1ないし4％にすぎない^1,2）。

　この腫瘍は一般にradioresistantで，早くから血行性転移を起こし易く，その治療成績は他の睾丸腫瘍に較べて悪いとされている^1）。

A case of choriocarcinoma and embryonal carcinoma of the left testicle complicated with left renal calculi, in a 39 year old male, was reported. A fist sized metastasis of the lymph node was palpable at the retroperitoneal space at his first visit, but metastasis of the lung occurred 10 days after left orchiectomy. Triple chemotherapy according to Li's method, by giving 100mg/day of Endoxan and 5mg/day of methotrexate orally every day with a daily intravenous injection of Actinomycin D 0.5mg/day for 5 days repeated 3 times, every 5 days, was done.
