陰茎前位陰嚢の1例

A CASE OF THE TRANSPOSITION OF THE PENIS AND SCROTUM

緒言

　陰茎前位陰嚢は，陰嚢が陰茎の前方に位置している極めてまれなる外性器の奇形であり，本邦においては永田^1），嶋田^2），久保^3）等の報告をみるにすぎない。私達は最近本症に尿道下裂を合併せる1例を経験したのでその概要について報告する。

Transposition of the penis and scrotum is a condition with the scrotum locating anterior to thepenis and is considered as a very rare anomaly of the external genitalia. Such case, complicated with hypospadia of the urethra, was reported. Case is a 10 month old boy with full term delivery, who's mother suffered from eclampsia but recovered while she was pregnant. Mother has no history of admi-nistration of any type of hormone during pregnancy and abnormality of the external genitalia was pointed out by the gynecologist at delivery.
