男性半陰陽の1例

A CASE OF MALE HERMAPHRODISM

Ⅰ．緒言

　半陰陽の研究はKlebsによつて初めてその医学的分類が試みられて以来，性染色体，性染色質の発見によつて長足の進歩をとげた。

　当教室においては先に心因性反応を呈した男性半陰陽の1例^1）を報告したが，最近再び本症の1例を経験したので多少の文献的考察を加えてここに報告する。

The discovery of sex chromatin and chromosomen has lead to a remarkable advance in the studies on hermaphrodism. A case of male hermaphrodism was reported.

Case is a 38 year old school teacher with the chief complaint of poor development of sexual organs. Present illness reveals that the discovery of the hypoplastic sex organs were since infancy and underwent an operation for hypospadia and exstirpation of bilateral mammal glands at 14. Married when he was 32 but divorced due to disturbance of sexual life and visited our clinic for thorough examination since he wished to marry again.
