Ⅰ．緒言

　睾丸回転症とはなんらかの原因で睾丸の回転を起こすことにより，睾丸動静脈の血行障害をきたし，睾丸，副睾丸が梗塞，壊死，萎縮等に陥る疾患である。本症は1840年Delarsiarve^1）が精系捻転症として報告したのが最初で，本邦では1909年山村^2）の報告を第1例として数多くの報告がなされている。私達の教室ではすでに入沢ら^3）4）および松下ら^5）が本症の3例について報告しているが，最近再び本症の3例を経験したので追加報告するとともに多少の文献的考察を試みた。

Three cases are added to the previous three cases reported from our clinic. Case 1 is a 12 years old student with the chief complaint of swelling of the left scrotal content. Present illness revealed occasional swelling of the left scrotal content since infancy which shows that this case belongs to the recurrent incomplete type and the onset occurred early in the morning while still asleep. Operation findings showed that the testis and epididymis isolated within the space of tunica vaginalis with abnormal union of the epididymis. Testicular biopsy showed atrophic tendency.
