はじめに
逆生歯牙は，固有鼻腔または上顎洞内に歯牙が部位を誤って萌出する疾患である。今回われわれは，固有鼻腔内逆生歯牙の1症例を経験したので，臨床経過に若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 35-year-old male who complained of headachepresented with a white mass in the floor of the left nasal cavity. This tooth-like mass was surgically removed through the nostril under general anesthe-sia. Histopathological study revealed the mass to be an inverted tooth.
